Yes you can travel with RAC ticket today if you have confirmed seat. If your seat is showing not confirmed, it means you have a waiting list ticket. At last if your seat is not confirmed and then you will get a full berth by having a reservation against cancellation.

You will eligible for travel on online e-ticket if your seat is confirmed otherwise you will not eligible for travel. Fully waitlisted e-ticket is invalid for travel after preparation of chart. If your e-ticket is not confirmed and then you will get full refund on your account used for payment for booking of the ticket.
