What is Aromatherapy? 

Aromatherapy is a plant source essential oils, it is improve the health. The aromatherapy is a medicinal oil, it used for the pain relief, healing, massage, mood etc. It is made from the vegetable raw material, by the distillation with water. 

Aromatherapy is a therapeutic application for holistic healing. It is help to reduce the body pain. In this oil there almost no side effects. It is a medically permitted. 

According to the National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy (NAHA) defines as the therapeutic application or the medicinal use of aromatic substances for holistic healing.

According to the International Standards Aromatherapy defined as the product obtained from the vegetable raw material, either by distillation with water or steam, or from the epicarp of citrus fruits by a mechanical process, or by dry distillation.

How to use it? 

There are two ways to use aromatherapy, one is inhalation use and another is topical uses.  

Inhalation: In inhalation process the oil is breathed in using a diffuser container, spray etc. The aromatherapy is provide respiratory disinfection decongestant, and psychological benefits. 

The aromatherapy is stimulates the central nervous system or olfactory system. And it is stimulates the brain also. 

Topical applications: The topical application is includes body massage oils, skin care products (absorbed through the skin). It prevents the bleeding from the cuts, burns etc. And it reduces the skin ulcers.

There is a lot of benefits.

There are no specific side effects, sometime its rashes the skin, thin redness.
