Formal communication.

It is defines as the communication which is complete through the official/discipline manner between two or more people. So, it is direct communication.

  4. Communication is complete through the letters, reports, orders and other device.
  5. It can attract attention.
  6. It is provide correct information.
  7. It is systematic process.

Informal communication.

It is defines as the communication which is takes place unofficially or indiscipline manner between two or more persons. So, It is un-respect communication.

  1. There is no respect.
  2. Unofficial/indiscriminate manner communication.
  3. It can create confusion.
  4. Communication is complete through the face to face like friends conversation.
  5. It may be attracted attention.
  6. It may be provide correct or may be wrong information.
  7. It is not a systematic process.
